Salaries at Ghirardo CPA are competitive with accounting firms of similar size. Salary and performance are reviewed annually, with increases based on achievements and meeting expectations set by the partners.
We have a variety of benefit options to choose from to fit your individual needs, including medical, dental, disability, dependent care, health care reimbursement and 401(k) plan.
Accrued vacation days are, 1st through the 5th year: 10 days a year; starting the 6th year: 15 days per year. Accrued Sick/Personal Time days: 6 per year.
The firm pays employee CPA license fee each year.
We offer a variety of continuing education classes to all our employees, as well as pay for classes, including graduate level tax instruction and workshops offered outside the company. There is also a tuition reimbursement program available.
