GHIRARDO CPA ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF NEW PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

Novato, CA – July 17, 2008:

Ghirardo CPA, a professional services firm is pleased to announce the addition of new professionals to their Novato office.

James Reynolds, CPA joined the Ghirardo CPA team as a Tax Professional and brings over 25 years of accounting and tax experience to the firm. He attended San Francisco State University and received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

James has experience providing accounting services to wineries, including auditing financial statements, inventory management, foreign trade, shelf space and distribution, planning and forecasting, and tax issues.

Greg Leat, CPA received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Fresno. He has over 20 years of accounting experience with both publicly traded and private entities. Prior to joining Ghirardo CPA as a Senior Tax Professional Greg worked for several local, regional and national firms.

Greg’s experience includes working with closely held companies, and their owners. In addition, he has worked extensively with high net worth individuals addressing the unique financial and tax issues they face.

Adam Holtzman, CPA recently relocated to the Bay Area from Southern California, where he worked for a respected CPA firm in Beverly Hills. He is experienced in preparing tax returns for partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, C corporations, and individuals, including tax-deferred exchanges and debt-financed distributions. Adam has specific expertise in real estate related tax issues and planning with pass through entities.

Adam graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in Business-Economics and an Accounting Minor and Computing Specialization. Adam joined the Ghirardo CPA team as a Senior Tax Professional.
