Greg is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of accounting experience serving both publicly traded and private entities. Greg has been a North Bay Area resident since moving to Novato in 1985 after graduating from California State University Fresno where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Greg started his career in Public Accouinting at Arther Anderson and then Deloitte, both in San Francisco. He then worked at Transamerica Title Insurance before returning to work in public accounting. Greg has a wealth of experience working with closely held companies, and advising individual owners and their businesses. In addition, he has worked extensively with high net worth individuals addressing the unique financial and tax issues they face. Most recently, Greg acted as an independent consultant providing tax services to a number of local businesses. His experience includes preparation of C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, partnerships, individuals and trusts for federal, state and multi-state tax returns. Greg is also experienced in preparing financial statements, audits, reviews, compilations and analyzing financial operations including cash flows.

Greg enjoys spending time with his family which includes his three sons, Adam, Atticus and Asher and one grandson, London.
