Jerry’s career spans numerous years in various accounting roles with Fireman’s Fund, Broderbund, The Learning Company, IMSI, QuadraMed, DynaCorp and Birkenstock. He is a Vietnam-Era veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force and used the G.I. Bill to obtain his Bachelors in Business Administration from Sonoma State University in 1987.

Jerry came to Ghirardo CPA in 2001 as the Firm Administrator. His responsibilities involve areas in Human Resources, Payroll, A/R, A/P and Office Manager, where he supports the staff in trouble shooting the office equipment, phones and handles facilities issues.

A California native, Jerry has resided in Novato since 1957 and he’s been married to his lovely wife Lisa since 1977. He has two daughters who attended the same Novato schools he did growing up and now have moved on to their college educations. Jerry enjoys playing guitar on the worship team at Marin Covenant Church. He is a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association in the Santa Rosa Chapter called the Cross Country Riders, and participates in Prison Ministry events with Bill Glass Ministries and Champions for Life.
