Karen was born and raised in China where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Beijing Polytechnics University. She then moved to Australia, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining our team in December of 2001, Karen spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in corporate tax compliance. Prior to that she worked for an Australian accounting firm where she was responsible for general tax and accounting engagements. Karen currently prepares and reviews individual and business tax returns and engages in tax consulting work. She became a licensed CPA in 2001. Karen is available to translate for or assist any of our Mandarin Chinese-speaking clients or prospective clients.

When she’s not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and kids. She also enjoys swimming, music and travel and is an avid collector of timepieces.
