Marty is a graduate of University of San Francisco, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics. He has been with Ghirardo CPA since October 1990. Before his long tenure with the company, Marty spent several years with the Marin IJ, a Physician’s Group and Miller Freeman Publications in San Francisco.

Marty has grown along with the firm and currently manages financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for Ghirardo CPA clients. He also reviews and prepares corporate, partnership and individual tax returns. He was certified as a CPA in 2002.

Marty and his wife, Nancy, have three children and five grandchildren and currently reside in Petaluma, the town of his upbringing. When he’s not serving clients, Marty attends Adobe Community Church in San Rafael and enjoys outdoor activities including softball and golf.
